We source our green coffee from around the world.  We Look to purchase the top 3% of the world’s coffee.  Consistency drives Crowfoot, not price.  Small farm purchasing is a key for Crowfoot & it’s global relationships.

Our Roaster.

The Sivetz Roaster designed and developed by Michael Sivetz is top of the line technology. It uses air as a heating source for a more uniform consistent roast that brings out the best of the bean.

Roasted Coffee.

We roast in small batches to insure quality & freshness. Then, we transfer the beans to a deep freeze. At room temperature beans lose their flavor, take on flavors from the surrounding area & stale. Store your beans in an airtight container in the freezer to keep your beans fresh.
